I am a fully qualified teacher (QTS) with a degree in Chemistry and Biochemistry, have over 20 years of experience and a proven track record with students of all abilities.

Along with the UK boards, I cover the Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) the International Baccalaureate (IB) and have experience with the AP Sciences system.

Why choose me?
There are countless tutors available, as a search of Google will confirm. Some of those are qualified teachers ; many are not! I am a fully qualified teacher (QTS) with a current DBS, have over two decades of experience—and I'm passionate about educating the next generation.
Teaching is modular, but the topics we cover are not discrete; they interact, are part of the whole. To bring chemistry and biology to life, I use a wide range of resources to help make those connections. To make the sciences, our world, more understandable and enjoyable.
My end goal is the same as yours: that students achieve the best results possible. I have a strong interest in curriculum development and resource creation, and can help students develop effective study strategies along with focused exam preparation to build their confidence for those all important final exams.
